A lot of small things add up to a wonderful day!

What did yesterday look like for you? Can you recall the happy moments that made it up?

You don't have to look for a single defining moment. Every segment of your whole day is made up of great memories.

Let me recount some that made up mine:

When I woke up in the morning and saw that my wife was beside me in bed. I felt the warmth of true love.

When the whole family sat around the table for every meal, I felt very blessed that we have food in front of us. I am appreciative that we had the opportunity to eat together as one family and that my wife always finds the time and energy to prepare the food for us.

When I played with my daughters, at my age, it was physically exhausting. But I felt the fun of being with them and seeing and hearing their giggles & laughter.

When I had to run to the grocery store to buy food & drinks for us and our visitor, how happy was I that I have the means to go there and get what we need. And got back home safe & sound.

When I and my wife spent some time together watching a movie at home. I felt very fortunate to have the resources to be able to watch a nice movie in the comforts of our humble home.

Some of these wonderful moments get repeated every day. And there are days that more get added up. So, how can't I look at each day with enthusiasm and joy?

My expectation of the next day is going to jump start my tomorrow. And normally, that expectation is based on the culmination of what happened today. If that's the gauge, I can't wait for the things to come day by day.

How does your tomorrow look like?

"Life is made up of small pleasures. Happiness is made up of those tiny successes. The big ones come too infrequently. And if you don't collect all these tiny successes, the big ones don't really mean anything." - Norman Lear

Have a blissful day!
